Anti-SPAM Settings

FormBerry comes with DUAL anti-spam protection, one is working from the background from the time you installed FormBerry on your blog  and the other one is the most popular Akismet. We used these two level of protection as opposed to using CAPTCHA to make the process smooth for legit queries and hard for bots to break.

These settings configure Anti-Spam protection for your forms. The easiest (and default) way to protect your form submissions from spam, is to leave the automatic protection enabled. It doesn’t require CAPTCHA images (which are nowadays breakable by automated software) and will provide a basic level of protection.

If your site is attracting a fair load of users, you might want to use the Akismet comment spam prevention system. Form Berry provides automatic integration with it, by only enabling the service filling the Akismet Key field below.
